For your best service, please make the reservation under the same name as the hotel-house-airbnb reservation, thank you.

The customer is obliged to inform the office about any changes to the reservation at least 1 day before. In the event that the customer does not pick up his vehicle in the next 4 hours after the stated reservation time, the reservation will be automatically deleted.
